Payment Terms
1. Registration & Payment
- Full payment needs to be done before/at the time of booking to confirm your slot.
- Early Bird and Regular ticket rates are subject to availability and time slabs.
- Prices are subject to availability and may vary based on gender and slot allocations.
2. Accepted Payment Methods
- UPI / Credit Card / Debit Card / Net Banking
- QR code & Payment Link available upon request
- No cash payments accepted at the venue unless explicitly stated.
- You can also book us through listing platforms like BookMyShow, District, Urbanaut, etc.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
- 70% refund if cancelled 7+ days before the event
- 50% refund if cancelled 3–6 days before the event
- No refund for cancellations within 48 hours of the event
4. Refund & Exchange Policy
- All payments are non-refundable under any circumstance unless specifically stated under a particular
service.
- In the event of cancellation by the organizer we will inform you at least 24 hours in advance, offering
either:
- A 100% refund, or
- A transfer to another meet
5. Food & Beverages
- Your registration fee includes limited food and drinks, curated with our venue partners.
- Any extras ordered by you need to be separately settled by you at the venue.
6. Waiver of Liability
- We only organize and host the event and are not liable for the actions of any participant before, during, or
after the event.
7. Event Cancellation by Organizers
- In rare cases where we cancel an event (e.g., skewed ratios), you will receive a full refund or may opt to
reschedule to another chapter.
- Notification will be sent a minimum of 24 hours in advance in such cases.
